Solar Eclipse

On Monday August 21, 2017, much of North America could witness the partial solar eclipse. It began just after 1:00pm. By about 2:30pm, we could witness about two-thirds of the sun covered up. The Shoichet group joined many other labs around King’s College Circle, University of Toronto, to view the eclipse. Special thanks to Mike Cooke for the collage of eclipse that he made. The next total solar eclipse won’t be until 2024.
